Also released as a double single in a gatefold sleeve, this issue features only the first single in a glossy picture sleeve with circular thumb-cut and flipback at rear; solid centre injection-moulded silver printed labels, halftone A on side A only, exactly the same as the double-pack, some copies have an additional matrix suffix R in the run-out area; others were made available jukebox-ready with a large centre hole and a later pressing with several print differences has lines dividing the label into squares.
