Pictures are great, so too are approximate number/condition/style, and any particular highlights / where you are based. Even a group shot of all the records is handy.
Dirt we can live with, but warped vinyl/stickers and writing on disc labels and sleeves, and of course scratches, it would be good for you to highlight up front :)
