Shipping Information

We take great care in packing and shipping every order to ensure your vinyl arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched the next working day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM will usually be shipped on Monday. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size and weight of your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days
All records are packed in specialist mailers to prevent damage in transit

International Shipping

We ship internationally across Europe, the USA, Canada, and beyond. International delivery times vary by destination:

Europe: 5–10 working days
USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
Rest of World: 7–14 working days

For EU orders under €150, VAT is collected at checkout via the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme and remitted directly — no surprise charges on delivery. For orders to France, additional duties may apply at French Customs.

Duties & Import Taxes (USA & Canada)

Please be aware that orders shipped to the USA and Canada may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

For all other international orders, local import duties and taxes are also the buyer's responsibility.
