Track your order
When your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from House of Vinyl. This email contains your personal tracking link — click it to see your parcel's live status directly on the carrier's website (most orders ship via Parcel2Go; Royal Mail is used for some orders).
Can't find the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder — occasionally confirmation emails land there.
- Search your inbox for House of Vinyl or Parcel2Go.
- If you checked out as a guest, the email was sent to the address you entered at checkout.
