This release differs from the very similar [r8436609 in that it lacks the additional line beneath the barcode LC / 58 / CB 291 on the back of the sleeve.

Recorded and mixed at Westlake Audio Studios, Los Angeles, California.

Includes inner sleeve with lyrics.

Runouts are hand etched except for "AD2" which is stamped (and oriented upside down relative to the etched part).

A version exists with identical sleeve but without the asterisk after the catalogue number on the label [r=1566867

Some full retail copies were put out with a gold stamp on the back of sleeve which states "Property of CBS demonstration only not for sale". 
Some copies would be pulled from distribution, stamped, and then sent out to stores, radio stations and other assorted industry works.
