We ship records worldwide and we want the process to be as transparent as possible. Here's everything international buyers need to know about shipping costs, delivery times, import duties, and taxes before you order.
We Ship Worldwide
All international orders are sent on fully tracked services. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We pack carefully — rigid mailers, cardboard reinforcement — to ensure your records arrive in the same condition they left us.
Delivery Times
- Europe: typically 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: typically 7–14 working days
- Rest of world: typically 10–21 working days
These are estimates. Customs processing times can add delays, particularly during busy periods. Once a parcel is with the destination country's postal service, delivery times are outside our control.
Import Duties & Customs Charges
When ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes on arrival in your country. These charges are set by your country's customs authority — not by us — and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are required by law to declare the full value of goods on customs documentation. We do not mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.
EU Buyers: VAT & IOSS
Since the UK left the EU, orders shipped from the UK to EU countries are treated as imports. This means:
- Orders under €150 may be subject to VAT at the point of import, collected by the carrier or postal service on delivery.
- Orders over €150 will go through full customs clearance and may incur both import duty and VAT.
- The VAT rate applied is the rate of your country, not the UK rate.
We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering. EU VAT rates and thresholds vary by member state.
USA Buyers
Most orders to the USA under $800 (the de minimis threshold) are not subject to US import duty. Orders above this value may be subject to customs duty. Sales tax is not collected by us at checkout for US orders — your state's rules on imported goods apply.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
If Your Order Is Delayed at Customs
Customs delays are unfortunately outside our control. If your order has been held at customs, you may be contacted by your local postal service or carrier to pay any applicable duties before release. If you have concerns about a delayed order, contact us and we'll help where we can.
Returns on International Orders
EU customers have the statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. If your record arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a return and refund. Return shipping costs for international orders are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
